But why is trimming your wicks so important? Untrimmed wicks can cause uneven burning, excess smoke, and even soot build-up on the walls and ceilings of your home. By regularly trimming your wicks to about 1/4 inch, you'll enjoy a longer-lasting candle with a cleaner burn.

Our wick trimmers are made from high-quality stainless steel, so you can trust that they'll last for many trims. The extended handle provides a comfortable grip, making the trimming a breeze.

Ingredients

Our products are made with the highest quality ingredients. Hand-poured using domestically grown soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and braided cotton or crackling wooden wicks. Burn/melt with confidence. Everything we use is phthalate, paraben, and paraffin-free.

Burn/Melt Life

8oz Amber Glass: Approx. 45-hrs.
9oz Black/White Tumbler:  Approx. 50-hrs.
11oz White/Charcoal Ceramic: Approx. 50-hrs.
3.2 Wax Melts: Each Cube Approx. 16-hrs.
YOUR FIRST BURN:
Light the wick and burn until a complete melt pool has formed (melted wax has reached the sides of the vessel).
Cotton wicks take 3-4 hours; Wooden wicks take 4+ hours.
SUBSEQUENT BURNS:
Trim the wick to 1/4" long for cotton and 1/8th for wooden. Light the wick. Make sure the wick remains centered as it burns.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
Use the lid as a candle coaster and set your candle on a fire resistant surface.
Never burn a candle longer than 1 hour once a complete melt pool has formed for longevity and quality.
Stop using your candle when a 1/4-1/2 inch of wax remains in the vessel.

Orders ship out every Monday. If you order multiple times in one week (order cut off is 11:59 am CST Friday) we combine your orders and refund extra shipping charges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Most sales are final. We look at all returns and exchange's on a case-by-case basis. If you use or light a candle, it is not eligible for a return or exchange. Please leave the wick unlit.
We understand that buying a candle online is a VERY difficult decision. We suggest starting with a Sniffer Box so you can sample a collection before committing to a larger vessel.

    Almost perfect wick trimmer!

    For short candles this wick trimmer works great! The only issue is the deep/normal sized candles is the trimmer isn't bent enough to reach all the way down without smashing into the candles wax to get to the wick itself. Still better then trying to get the wick trimmed by hand though. Well made, sturdy and works. ~Cecilia

    Function + Decor

    Absolutely thrilled to add this to my home for functional use with each of my candles, but also LOVE that it is pretty to look at too. I personally added it to my coffee table tray and the matte black color made it easy to style. My wick trimmer quickly had a permanent home without making the space look cluttered. This is an excellent gift to tack on with a candle purchase or for any candle lover!

    I feel like a legit candle-burner now

    Until now, I've been using my fingernails to pinch off burned wicks, but now I feel like a pro! It's a great-quality trimmer and saves my fingernails.
