Returns and Exchanges
Most sales are final. We look at all returns and exchange's on a case by case basis. If you use or light a candle, it is not eligible for a return or exchange. Please leave the wick unlit.
If your candle has arrived damaged, please let us know right away by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you a replacement.
If you received a damaged candle as a gift in the mail, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com and we will send you a gift card for the same amount.
If you do not like the smell of a candle, your sniffer rejects it, we get it! We understand that buying a candle online is a VERY difficult decision. That is why we offer Sniffer Boxes so you can sample the candle first. If you still HATE the smell, please gift it to a friend or family member because not all sniffers are created equal. Then let us know and we'll send you a 10% off coupon to use on your next purchase. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders over $75 get free shipping. Otherwise, shipping is just $5. Simple, right?
