The challenge is simple: spend 20 minutes or less each day practicing self-love and appreciation for five days. The point of this challenge is to slow down and remember how precious your body is and nourish it.
How Does The Challenge Work?
The challenge is so easy you will love it. You will receive a daily text at 11 am CST laying out your self-care activity instructions for five consecutive days. All you have to do is complete it within 24 hours.
Here's the beauty of doing a challenge in real-time, accountability. We have a private Facebook group where you can check-in with other challenge takers and receive the support and encouragement you deserve.
What Are The Love My Body Activities?
The activities vary from movement to hydration. We kick off the challenge with a gentle yoga flow from one of our favorite yogi instructors that will take you 20 minutes to complete. Another day we ask you to step outside and engage your five senses. The exercises are easy and repeatable, and that's the whole point. We want you to be able to incorporate what you learn in this challenge into your busy lifestyle in the future.
